Bolo Indiano/ Indian cake

I’ve always find name giving quite a tricky task, given name to a pet, to a new project or (can’t even imagine) to a child can be a challenge. Well, figuring out what to call a recipe can appear easy and simple, especially when compared to the above, but it is also process that can take a while. For some reason I never liked big fancy names for recipes, they just confuse me, so I decided to choose the title regarding the ingredients, smell and taste of the recipe, after all is what this all about. In the case of this cake, I’m aware that is not exactly an “indian” cake but for me it makes perfect sense.
