Ingredientes:
4 folhas de gelatina
1 lata leite condensado
3 limões (raspa e sumo)
250gr ricotta
Massa quebrada

Preparação:
1-Colocar as gelatinas numa taça imersas em água, no mínimo 10 minutos.
2-Num tachinho colocar os restantes ingredientes e levar a lume medio, mexer até que todos os ingredientes estejam bem fundidos. Espremer bem as folhas de gelatina para retirar o excesso de água, acrescentar no preparado e mexer até que esteja totalmente dissolvida.
3-Coloque a massa em forminhas pequeninas e pique com um garfo para não crescerem demasiado no forno, cozer cerca de 15 minutos a forno médio.
4-Rechear as tartes e colocar no frigorifico pelo menos 4 horas.
Decorar a gosto.
Method:

2-Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a medium heat, stir until all the ingredients are all blended together and the cheese melted. Remove the gelatins from the water and squeeze to drain all the water, add to the mix and stir until is totally melted.
3-Line small muffin tins with the pie crust and pin them with a fork, bake for 15 minutes in medium oven.
4-Fill the pies with the sauce and let it cool in the fridge for 4 hours.
