Hambúrgueres de batata doce e feijão preto/ sweet potatoes and black beans burgers

After two intensive days of eating, eating and more eating it’s only normal that everyone is a little bit overwhelmed with food, never the less New Year’s Eve party is just in a few days which means more eating and drinking, nothing wrong with that. I’ve been thinking about the menu and haven’t quite made my mind yet, well this mini burgers can make a great appetizer.

Ingredientes:
2 Batatas doces
500gr feijão preto cozido
10gr de salsa picada
Sal e pimenta
50gr pão ralado
1 ovo batido
50gr pão ralado+50gr sementes sésamo pretas

Ingredients:
2 sweet popatoes
500gr cooked black beans
10gr chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
50gr bread crumbs
1 egg
50gr bread crumbs+50gr black sesame seeds

Preparação:
1-Descascar e cozer as batatas até ficarem moles, retirar do lume, escorrer e deixar arrefecer.
2-Colocar as batatas numa taça juntar o feijão preto, a salsa, o pão ralado, o sal e a pimenta.

Method:
1-cook in boiling water the unpeeled sweet potatoes, remove from the heat and let them cool.
2-Place the potatoes in a bowl or in a blender and add the bean, the bread crumbs, the parsley, the salt and pepper; blend it all together.
3-Let the batter rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour, remove from the fridge and make little balls.
4-dip the balls in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds, fry in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
